We met Debbie through a property she had listed. Being new to the area, my wife and I didn’t know any brokers. Being out of state buyers, we first reached out to inquire to Debbie of Debbie’s listing. She was so kind and knowledgeable! We decided at that moment we knew we were going to work together. We offered on this property, along with several other buyers. Negotiations were aggressive, but Debbie kept us in the game. She has great communication and negotiation skills! Having bought and sold over $45million in real estate, we know a great broker from a good broker…debbie is great!! She was always willing to accommodate our crazy time schedules. We are also looking for a residence in this area, Debbie has taken the time to tour us through the different areas to give us an idea of where we want to live. She sends us daily updates of listings in those areas, along with her thoughts attached to each one. Excellent follow through skills. Debbie also surrounds herself with a great team.
